Police are warning people to remain vigilant to potential burglaries.
In a post on social media officers say although it's a rare occurence on the Island - it does still happen.
Authorities say one of the main reasons is people making it easy - by leaving keys in cars, or windows open when they're not in.
They're pushing the message to "lock it, don't lose it".
