 
                            People on the Isle of Man are being urged not to ignore a test which screens for cancer just because they're squeamish.
The Department of Health and Social Care is supporting the national 'Be Clear on Cancer' screening campaign which runs until the end of March.
Residents aged between 60 and 74 are sent screening kits every two years:
