Plans to construct over 40 new apartments and a restaurant in the South of the Island have been submitted.
Hartford Homes are putting forward proposals for 45 new apartments along with a restaurant on the Bay Queen site in Port St Mary.
The site already has approval for 56 new apartments set out into two blocks.
Should the plans be approved, the firm hope to start work on the project within six months.
