A court case involving a Douglas bar which shut its doors last year will go ahead later this month.
Island archdeacon Irene Cowell and St George's Church officers Andrew Willoughby, and Ernie De Legh-Runciman are suing Bar George Limited and Damien Hawley over an alleged unpaid debt.
Bar George on Hill Street closed last March and was evicted from its premises in June.
A debt recovery hearing is due to take place before Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith at Douglas Courthouse on Friday, February 20.
