An independent bank on Island has set aside £10million to help businesses which have been affected by Coronavirus and the 2020 TT races being cancelled.
Conister Bank made the announcement after it was confirmed earlier this week the racing festival wouldn't be taking place as part of emergency measures from government to protect the Island from COVID-19.
Conister's Managing Director, Douglas Grant, says as a Manx organisation of 85 years they feel 'woven into the fabric of this community' and continue to want to help local companies.
Anyone wanting to contact the bank about the support available is invited to get in touch on 694 694 or at conisterbank.co.im
