The staff at the Island’s branch of B&Q are limbering up to take part in a dance spectacular that will be sweeping the UK tomorrow morning.
The original plan was for each B&Q store across the UK to stop what they’re doing and break into a choreographed dance in an effort to reach the Guinness book of records for the world’s biggest synchronised flash mob.
The record attempt had to be scrapped however on health and safety grounds, but the dancing is still going ahead.
HR Manager at the store Jackie Furnie said it was agreed that they would continue with the plans after all the training and effort.
If you want to witness 30 of the staff dancing to Black Eyed Peas, I’v Gotta Feeling, get down to the store for 11.30am.
