Ballasalla to get new pizza outlet this year

Ballasalla may have missed out on a new pizza outlet this week - but it's still getting one elsewhere.

This week planners turned down an application for a takeaway in Rearyt Mie, but another business says it'll be opening soon in the former Kelly's Café which closed earlier this year.

Michael Savino, of Savino's Pizza, says the company is moving into the premises on the Balthane Estate in August.

In a post on Facebook, he says it'll offer traditional Italian pizza and provide a delivery service.
