Some pupils at Ballakermeen High School might be asked to stay at home next week.
Head teacher Adrienne Burnette says staff absences are putting 'pressure on the smooth running' of the school.
She revealed twenty members of staff were absent yesterday - including half the canteen servers.
If contigency plans go ahead - it will see year 10, 11, 12 and 13 pupils asked to stay at home on the last two days of term.
