The Treasury minister says the Ballacloan Primary school site hasn't been sold after it was demolished.
In the House of Keys on Tuesday Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse questioned Dr Alex Allinson about how much it had cost to demolish the site.
Dr Allinson said in response that it had cost the Department of Infrastructure just under £70,000.
