The island could be getting a new commercial bakery - if a planning application gets approval.
Richard Copisarow of Port Erin has applied to change the use of a unit on the Balthane Park estate in Ballasalla.
He's applied to install windows, vents and a mezzanine floor to use the building as a commercial bakery.
In his application, he says initially it would be just him running the business.
