A local bakery hopes to takeover the ground floor of the Peveril Building in Douglas.
Noa Bakehouse has submitted a planning application, and wants to use the space as a bakery and coffee shop.
If approved, the business will also have a visible production facility where they make their bread and coffee.
The application adds that there would be space for around 35 seats, with a takeaway service for food and non-alcoholic drinks.
