A man’s been allowed to live with his parents in the UK while on bail, after denying subjecting his partner to an eight-month campaign of domestic abuse.
Daniel Fox of Castlemona Avenue in Douglas appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 33 year old denies domestic abuse between January and September, and the court heard he’s said to have physically and mentally abused his partner as well as smashing her belongings – some of which held great sentimental value.
Mrs Braidwood agreed to bail him in the sum of £500 to live in Hawthorne Grove in Doncaster, on condition he doesn’t contact witnesses in the case.
He’s next due to appear in court on December 12.
