A Douglas man who 'passed out' in a cupboard has been remanded in custody after breaching his bail.
Andrew Hall was granted conditional bail on January 17th after appearing in court accused of wounding another man.
The 31-year-old was required to be at his home address on Palace Road between 10.30pm and 7am every day.
However at 11.52pm on Friday Hall failed to present at the doorstop when police stopped by - he was found the next day and arrested.
At Douglas Courthouse yesterday Hall's advocate said he had not left the premises but had drank too much and passed out in the closet.
He was denied further bail and was remanded in custody until his next court appearance on February 23rd.
