The Community Culture and Leisure Minister says it’s back to the drawing board with regards to a new bus station for Douglas.
Plans for a depot to run along Victoria Street have been scrapped based on the findings of a public consultation.
The consensus was that this location would be damaging to local businesses that occupy the street, and not practical for some bus users.
Graham Cregeen says there are no obvious alternatives that they can now re-focus on:
