Coastguards in Belfast have confirmed the emergency services are dealing with a plane crash in the south of the Island.
Police, fire and ambulance crews as well as coastguards, a helicopter and Peel and Port St Mary lifeboats are at the scene.
It's believed the plane, a UK-registered Cessna, came down just before midday.
Police are asking people to stay away from the scene.
