Would a Tynwald auditor help stop the government wasting money?
That's the question asked in the House of Keys this week by Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper, who queried Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas about the job.
Mr Hooper wanted to know when the five year old law creating the post would be brought into force.
