Manx Care has taken to Facebook to deny rumours a service in Ramsey is shutting down.
The organisation says it's aware of rumours audiology appointments at Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital are to come to an end.
However, it says the hearing clinic is continuing and will be run by a volunteer in future.
It says hearing aid repairs will be done at Ramsey, while testing and other audiology appointments will continue at Noble's Hospital.
