A local business is asking for help after youths tried to steal their shop sign.
The Costcutter store based in Reayrt Mie, Ballasalla, took to Facebook to share an image of a red car that it says had two young boys that tried to steal the sign.
The event happened at around 1.45am on Sunday morning on the new by-pass roundabout.
The business says thanks to good neighbours the theft was prevented but ask if anyone has any information to contact the shop or police.
