A woman from St Johns has seen charge of assault dismissed after her alleged victim withdrew their complaint.
Latisha May Worts of Station Road appeared before Deputy High Bailiff James Brooks at Douglas Courthouse.
The 31 year old faced one count of assault on April 7 but prosecutor Hazel Carroon offered no evidence.
The charge was marked dismissed.
