Manx Care is reminding people to ask permission before taking photos at its facilities.
The organisation took to Facebook to issue the message.
It says it's essential to ensure everyone involved is comfortable with their photo being taken and possibly shared - and is urging people to respect the privacy and preferences of others.
And it adds before taking any photos, you should ask for consent from anyone who may appear in them.
