An issue with an artificial Christmas tree caused a fire in Kirk Michael last night.
Emergency services were called out to a house shortly before 9pm last night.
The small fire was extinguished quickly and no one was harmed during the incident.
The Fire Service is reminding people if they find themselves in a similar situation to close the door and get out of the property
