Around 91 new homes are being created in urban areas in a year, according to the Cabinet Office minister.
David Ashford gave the figure in response to a written Tynwald question from Douglas Central MHK Chris Thomas.
Mr Thomas wanted to know what the capacity of the Island's urban areas is to accommodate extra housing.
The dwellings are expected to be created between April 2025 and 2026, through conversions and by building on unallocated sites.
