A Douglas building could be converted into six apartments.
A planning application has been submitted for Armitage House on Lord Street, which has previously been a pub and currently serves as office space.
The external appearance of the building would remain basically unaltered, with the ground, first and second floors undergoing refurbishment.
The application says the proposed conversion will assist in 'rejuvenating the building.'
