A man who held a shop up at knifepoint has been told he must return to prison after being involved in a violent incident in Castletown.
Steven Wesley Johnston carried out the robbery at the Spar in Willaston in 2016, and was jailed for almost four years last May.
Earlier this year, he was released on licence - but got into a row with another man and was arrested, although charges against him were later dropped.
Deemster Corlett said the Department of Home Affairs had proven its case to return Johnston to prison, and he could find no legal problems with the decision.
He dismissed Johnston's challenge to his recall to custody.
