Are young people voting on the Isle of Man?

Do young people make use of their vote on the Isle of Man?

That's what the Speaker of the House of Keys will be seeking to find out in today's sitting of Tynwald.
 
There have been two general elections since the Island introduced voting for 16 and 17 year olds in 2006.
 
A Select Committee of the House of Commons contacted Steve Rodan to find out if it's been a success - he told us what he thinks the cause of the sudden interest is:
