Education Minister Daphne Caine will explain her plans for mobile phones in schools next week.
When the House of Keys sits on Tuesday, Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse will ask her about the department's plan.
It's after the department said it wanted to ban phones on the Island's campuses - QEII High School in Peel and St Ninian's in Douglas already operate their own bans.
MHKs will meet from 10am on Tuesday.
