Has a shorter horse tram route in Douglas meant fewer passengers?

When MHKs sit on Tuesday, he'll ask Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall about the tramway's performance now it runs from Broadway to Derby Castle.
He'll ask what impact the shortened route has had on income and passenger numbers.
