Approval wanted for new food and drink units

The site has been totally transformed

Planning permission is being sought to create three new food and drink units on North Quay in Douglas.

Heron and Brearley has asked to convert the ground floor retail space of the former Douglas Hotel and Clarendon Hotel.

It's been decided that the subdivision of the space would be a more viable proposition than one large unit.

The application was submitted on November 10th and is now under consideration.
