Police are appealing for witnesses following reports of 'dangerous driving'.
Officers say they received a call at around 5.40pm last Wednesday.
It happened on the Poortown Road in Peel and involved a White Volkswagen Golf - with a prefix of PMN.
It's believed numerous motorists may have seen what happened - anyone who did is asked to contact Police Headquarters.
