Police are asking for help tracing an L-plate driver who damaged another car but didn't stop.
The incident happened at around 7.50 pm on Tuesday on North Shore Road in Ramsey near the Ballacloan football pitch.
A parked car was hit by a silver Toyota Aygo with L-plates, damaging its wing mirror.
