Convicted stalker and anti-vaccination campaigner Courtenay Heading will be in court again next week, for a civil case.
Andrew and Nicola Pattison are taking Courtenay and Judith Heading to court in a possession case.
A case management hearing is due to take place on Monday, June 8.
It's due to be take place before Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith at Douglas Courthouse.
