The number of police officers deployed on foot in Peel has increased due to recent incidents of anti-social behaviour by young people.
The Western Neighbourhood Policing Team says due to concerns raised by the public, more officers in uniform and plain clothes are now on the streets during specific times.
Officers add they've had to make a number of arrests resulting in parents and guardians being asked to attend Police HQ.
Anyone who is impacted by anti-social behaviour is asked to contact police so that patrols can continue to be directed effectively.
