Another warning for coastal overtopping issued

Another weather warning will be in place later today for coastal overtopping around the Isle of Man.

Ronaldsway Met Office has issued a yellow notice which will be in force from 11am until 2pm this afternoon.

According to forecasters, promenades in Douglas, Castletown, Laxey and Ramsey as well as Shore Road in Rushen are the most likely to be the worst affected.

They add strong south-southeast or southerly winds coupled with high spring tides could cause some water and debris to wash onto exposed highways.
