A Manx runner has smashed a track race record at the Island Games, finishing the 10,000 metres under 30 minutes!
Runner Corrin Leeming ran the 10,000 metres in an incredible time of just 29 minutes and 56.11 seconds.
He is the first man in Island Games history to complete an under 30 minute 10,000 metres, taking 7seconds off the previous record.
The Island Games in Orkney continue until Friday, July 18.
