An animal sanctuary in the north of the Island has asked permission to build a new facility.
Greenhills Sanctuary IOM has applied for permission to change the use of land and stables on Jurby Road in Andreas.
The charity says the sanctuary helps animals with physical or psychological problems and its plans involve improving drainage and storage at the site.
In its application, it says the operation wouldn't involve any extra traffic and would allow it to continue caring for animals.
