Andy Kershaw Back on the Radio for Major World Music Series
After a troubling couple of years Island resident and renowned radio personality Andy Kershaw has been re-hired by the BBC.
Andy’s troubles stemmed from the public break up from former partner Juliet Banner, and his subsequent spells in prison for breaching a restraining order.
But it would appear that’s all in the past now as he fronts a World Music show billed as the stations most ambitious music project ever.
It will see him travelling the globe and exploring the different types of music native to the areas he’s visiting.
The series is still being made and will go to air in the New Year.
