Ratepayers in two northern parishes will see their bills increase from April.
Andreas Commissioners have budgeted for a 9 per cent rise, up to 114 pence in the pound.
It’s a smaller increase for ratepayers in Jurby, who’ll pay an extra 4 pence come the spring, leaving the new parish rate at 119 pence in the pound.
Meanwhile, the Northern Parishes Refuse Collection board has upped it’s rate by 5 pence, up to 67 pence in the pound, whilst the fixed waste charge for each household has increase from £45 to £48.
