A man accused of two assaults in a Douglas nightclub will appear in court again next week.
Wayne Avis of Anagh Coar Road in Douglas is said to have carried out the offences in the Courthouse nightclub on Athol Street on December 23.
He faces one charge of assault occasioning grievous bodily harm and one of assault occasioning GBH with intent.
He was bailed in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn't contact his victim and will appear again on May 8.
