An amber weather warning has been issued for coastal overtopping on Island tomorrow.
The notice from Ronaldsway Met Office will come into force at 11am on Thursday until 3pm the same day.
Forecasters say central and northern parts of Douglas Promenade, Castletown Promenade, Shore Road in Rushen, Laxey Promenade and parts of Ramsey Promenade are the most likely to be affected.
They add high spring tides and strong winds around the time of high tide (1.15pm) could wash large amounts of water and debris onto exposed roads.
Meanwhile, a separate Island-wide yellow weather warning has now also been issued for gale force winds between 2am and 7am on Thursday morning, with gusts of up to 60mph expected.
