Amber and yellow weather warnings are in place across the Island today.
The amber notice for coastal overtopping and inner harbour flooding runs from 11.15am until 3.15pm this afternoon with Ramsey most at risk along Merezon Corner and West Quay with a slightly lower risk at the Tongue in Douglas.
Meanwhile, a yellow warning for ice will be in effect this morning until 10am with roads above 800 feet the most likely to be affected.
Forecasters say temperatures will have fallen to near freezing over high ground overnight.
