A potential scam doing the rounds on Island has prompted a warning from authorities.
Police officers say they've received numerous reports of people receiving calls from someone claiming to be from Amazon and asking for personal details.
The constabulary is warning that Amazon will never contact people in this way and if you receive this call to hang up immediately.
Police add if you feel you feel you may have given sensitive information to scammers, to contact your bank straight away and let them know what's happened.
