An Island developer's unveiled new plans for a landmark site in the south of the Island.
Hartford Homes has put in a new planning application to demolish and redevelop the Bayqueen Hotel on Port St Mary Promenade.
The company was given permission for the redevelopment around three years ago, but has now submitted modified plans.
In its application, Hartford Homes says the building would house 23 apartments as well as a café, spa and gym with car parking, landscaping and a new electricity substation.
