However, at the local authority’s board meeting yesterday afternoon it confirmed that all tenants, bar the pharmacy, will have signed a lease agreement by the summer.
Little Cherubs Nursery has opened on the site following problems it had earlier in the year which the board said have been resolved.
The café is also now open and is being run by in-house staff who have barista training, which comes after the prospective business due to operate it, declined the space.
But Centre Manager Cassi McAllister said there were a few problems, including the competing costs of the NSC with the sports hall facilities.
