Almost 600 people waited more than 12 hours in A&E on Island in 2021, compared to just 51 in 2017.
The Health Minister has released figures from the past five years following a written question by MHK John Wannenburgh.
A total of 29,587 people went through Accident and Emergency last year, with over half being seen in under four hours.
Manx Care reports performance through the Mandate Assurance process, and is currently not on target for some of the measures.
The health body says this will be addressed through the assurance process.
