A Foxdale man has denied taking a car without consent and driving while disqualified.
Daniel Quayle of Kionslieu Terrace appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 39-year-old pleaded not guilty to provoking behaviour, driving while disqualified, taking a vehicle without consent and driving with no insurance.
The offences were allegedly committed in Foxdale on February 2 this year.
The case was adjourned for a pre-trial review on April 16 and Mr Quayle was bailed in the meantime.
