The Island's new Airport director is welcoming feedback from passengers.
Gary Cobb says 'he's all ears' - as he and other members of management will be at the departure lounge at Ronaldsway over the next few weeks.
Mr Cobb took up the role last month - having previously been based in Invernness.
Prior to this he was head of airfield planning at Gatwick Airport.
