The Island's aiport director says it's disappointing but not surprising that Blue Islands is axing its services to the Channel Islands.
The airline operates flights between Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man but will drop the routes after February 1st next year.
It follows a 72 per cent drop in passenger numbers on the routes.
In a statement the company blames the falling numbers on the fact the Island is not a strong leisure destination.
However Ann Reynolds says there are alternatives for passengers:
