The chief executive of London City airport was on the island to address the Chamber of Commerce yesterday, giving an insight into Britain’s fastest growing airport and its unique relationship with Ronaldsway.
The London City route is an important one for the Island and was seen as a strategic disadvantage when lost earlier this year.
It has since been reinstated, with British Airways now operating the service, much to the relief of the Island’s business community.
