The Great North Air Ambulance Service has been called to the Isle of Man six times since its new contract was signed.
In the last four months, the charity has attended three road traffic collisions, two assaults and one cardiac arrest.
The air ambulance will continue responding to incidents on Island until the end of the financial year, with Manx Care funding the service per call out.
The charity says it needs £124,000 per year to cover costs for the Isle of Man, such as safety equipment and training for travelling over water.
