Celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott has praised the range of locally produced food and drink available on the Isle of Man.
The Ready Steady Cook host visited this weekend attending for a star turn at the Food and Drink Festival.
As well as hosting a number of live cookery demonstrations rustling up a number of Caribbean and Manx themed dishes, he also hosted a charity event in aid of the Hospice.
